We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: contact details, shipping address and the items you bought. We don't sell your data, and we don't track you across the web.

On-device by design

The agents you buy run locally on hardware you own. The work they do — and the data it touches — stays on your machine. There's no cloud round-trip and no token metering watching over your shoulder.

Payments

Card details are handled by a PCI-compliant payment provider and are never stored on our servers. We only ever see that a charge succeeded.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email privacy@clawshop.dev and a human will sort it out.

By placing an order you agree to these terms. Prices are shown in euros and are VAT-inclusive. We may update prices and product specs, but never after you've ordered.

Licenses

Skills are sold as a per-seat license granting unlimited runs on runtimes you own. The license is yours to keep; reselling or redistributing the skill files is not permitted.

Hardware

Machines are sold outright — once paid, the device is yours. Title passes to you on delivery.

Acceptable use

You're responsible for how you deploy your agents. Don't use them for anything illegal or harmful; we may refuse service where use is clearly abusive.

Skills and licenses are delivered instantly by email the moment your payment succeeds.

Built to order

Claw Minis and the Claw Studio are built to order. Each machine is flashed with a clean signed build, hardened, encrypted and burn-in tested — roughly two weeks — before it ships.

Delivery

Shipping is free and fully insured across the EU, UK and Ireland. You'll receive tracking the moment your machine is sealed. Shipping elsewhere can be arranged — just ask.

We want you to be sure. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns

Machines can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they're in good condition. Unused skill licenses can be refunded within 14 days.

Warranty

Every machine carries a 24-month warranty (36 months on the Ultra and Studio) covering hardware faults. OpenClaw updates are included for the period stated on each product.
