What exactly am I buying?
A drop-in skill for your OpenClaw runtime — a capability you install once and own. After purchase you receive a licence key and a downloadable skill bundle. There is no account to keep paying for to keep using it.
Is this a subscription?
No. Skills are a one-off licence: pay once, own that version forever. Each skill includes 12 months of updates; after that, updates are optional and are never required to keep using the version you already own.
Where do the skills run?
On your own hardware, inside your OpenClaw runtime. The work happens on-device. We are the storefront and the payment rail — your data and your runs don't pass through us.
How do I get the skill after I pay?
Delivery is automatic. The moment payment clears, our payments provider emails you a licence key and a download link for the skill bundle. Nothing is fulfilled by hand.
Some skills say "waitlist" or "coming soon" — why can't I buy them?
Because they aren't ready to deliver yet, and we won't sell something we can't ship. If a skill is still in the build, you can join its waitlist and we'll let you know the day it goes live. Skills marked "Available now" can be bought and delivered today.
Do you handle VAT / sales tax?
Yes — checkout runs through a Merchant of Record, which acts as the seller of record and handles EU VAT and cross-border tax compliance for each order. Your invoice reflects the correct tax for your location.
What are the requirements?
Each skill lists its own runtime version and requirements on its page. At minimum you need a working OpenClaw runtime. Skills that touch mail, CI, or the web list those specifics individually.
Can I get a refund?
See our Refund Policy. Because skills are digital and delivered instantly, refund eligibility is limited once a licence key has been issued — the policy page spells out exactly when a refund applies.
I want the whole machine, not just a skill.
That's the hardware side of the business — a pre-flashed Mac mini with the runtime ready to go. It lives on a separate site; there's a link in the footer and on the About page.
