An AI workshop from Goudbeek is a hands-on session of 90 minutes or 2 hours in which your team uses ChatGPT, Copilot in Microsoft Teams or Claude on its own work. The sessions are for beginners, run at your office or online, in Dutch or English, and are given by Goudbeek from Almere.

Short, hands-on sessions for people who are not technical and do not want to be. Everyone brings their own laptop and their own work, and leaves having done that work with the tool — not having watched someone else do it.

Which AI workshops does Goudbeek run?

Goudbeek runs five AI workshops: Claude for your team, Copilot in Microsoft Teams, ChatGPT at work, Prompts that work, and What you can safely paste into AI. The first three are about one tool each. The last two work with whichever AI tool your team happens to use, so they suit any team, whatever it has access to. How long does an AI workshop take?

Claude for your team, Copilot in Microsoft Teams and ChatGPT at work take 2 hours each. Prompts that work and What you can safely paste into AI take 90 minutes each. The sessions combine well, so two can run back to back on the same day, for example a tool session followed by the one on safe use.

What level are the workshops for?

The AI workshops are for beginners. The sessions are made for people who are not technical and do not want to be. Nobody needs to know how the tools work inside; everyone works on their own tasks with the tool and gets questions answered at their own screen. All five sessions are at beginner level.

Do you run the workshops on site or online?

Every AI workshop can run at your office or online. The format stays the same either way: before the session we ask what your team actually spends its day on, the exercises are built from that, and everyone works on their own laptop instead of watching a demo on a shared screen.

In which language are the workshops given?

The workshops are given in Dutch or English, whichever your team prefers. The exercises come from your own work, so the documents, emails and chats people use during the session can be in either language too. Say which language you want when you plan the session.

What does my team need to bring?

For an AI workshop, everyone brings their own laptop and their own work. For Claude for your team, everyone needs a Claude account (a free one is enough to follow along on your own; sharing a project with colleagues needs a paid team plan). For Copilot in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 with the Copilot features your plan offers switched on. For ChatGPT at work, a ChatGPT account for each person. The two sessions on prompts and safe use need no specific tool.

What does an AI workshop cost?

The AI workshops have no list price, on purpose: each session is shaped around the team, its tool and its work, and a fixed list price would pretend otherwise.
